If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item has been received and inspected.

• Certain items, including earrings, personalised pieces, and sale items, may be non-refundable or non-exchangeable.

• Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 14 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except for damaged or incorrect items, which are covered by Nada Azzam.
